Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Proof of purchase (order number) is required. Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return, as noted on the product page.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at rodriguesy1997@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped.
